- Why is paying yearly cheaper?
- Because it costs us less. Cards take 4.5% and app stores up to 30%; an instant bank transfer costs around 1%. Instead of pocketing the difference, we turn it into the yearly discount.
- What counts as a message?
- Every message YOU send in the conversation counts as one. Her answers do not count, and nothing else in the product spends that number: the daily horoscope, the chart, cycles, numerology, oracles and synastry all stay outside it.
- Is the daily horoscope a Sun-sign horoscope?
- No. It is written every day from your calculated chart and the transits touching your own planets — two people of the same sign get different texts. It is the same engine we validate against NASA ephemerides.
- How do I cancel?
- One click, inside the app, without talking to anyone. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not retain people through friction.
- Do you train AI on my conversations?
- No. Neither our own model nor anyone else’s. The content of your conversations is sensitive data and exists only to talk with you.
- What if I want to delete everything?
- You delete memory by memory, or the whole account. Deletion reaches backups and the vector memory — it is not just disappearing from the screen.
